PROTECTING OUR CUSTOMERS AGAINST FRAUD
To protect our customers from credit and debit card fraud we reserve the right to cancel an order where (1) the customer uses a credit or debit card which is issued by a card provider based in a country other than the delivery address provided by the customer, or (2) the customer doesn't provide the additional information we request to verify their identity and address within five days, or (3) the customer pays for a high value transaction using an unverified Paypal account, or (4) any of the contact details the customer provides during the ordering process turn out to be false, or (5) a mail server returns any confirmation email message we send to you. In all such cases we will refund the full pounds sterling amount paid.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will accept a return for refund or credit (less our postage costs). If you wish to return goods you must inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order, but please do not return goods without prior consent.
When returning goods, please be sure to include a note of your name, address and short explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s)
RETURNS POLICY - DAMAGES
All items are sent in sturdy packaging which should ensure that you receive the items in perfect condition. Occasionally however, packages are damaged in transit. If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit you must inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please do not return goods without prior consent.
Customers must return the damaged goods along with the original packaging by First or Second class mail only, the cost of which will be refunded by us. No replacements can be sent unless the complete item is returned. Please remember to include a note of your name and address in the package.
You may cancel all or part of your order at any time, including up to seven working days from the date the goods are received. Return of goods will be at your own expense. Please read the notes on returns below:-
Under UK trading laws we have 28 days in which to supply an order and any cancellation before this period is discretionary.
We will refund your payment within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. Any non sale item can be returned unused for either a refund or exchange as you have the right to a cooling off period of 14 working days after the day of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned in the original condition, securely packaged and unused.
Occasionally some items are not available to certain parts of the world due to licensing restrictions - Where this happens the restriction is clearly indicated in the item description.
